Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Where is Droid? (whereisdroid.com) is a hidden object game for phones and tablets published by Timothé Poznanski. Contact: contact@whereisdroid.com. The site is hosted by Hostinger, on a server located in France. By playing, you accept these terms.

The service

Where is Droid? is played by touch, in the browser of a phone or tablet. The first worlds and the kids mode are free; a single purchase unlocks all the other worlds. There is no advertising.

Your account

Signing in with a Google account is optional to play, but needed to buy: it lets you get your progress and, after the purchase, your worlds back on all your devices. You are responsible for what is done with your account. What is collected and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

The purchase

The purchase unlocks all the paid worlds of the game at once. It is not a subscription: there is a single payment, and nothing is charged afterwards. Purchases are for adults only.

The price, including all taxes, is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Payment is made online through Stripe, by card or by the other methods offered on that page, and Stripe sends a receipt by email. Access opens as soon as the payment is complete, on all devices signed in to the same Google account, and remains valid as long as the game is online.

Right of withdrawal

The paid worlds are digital content supplied immediately, not on a physical medium. By confirming the payment, the buyer expressly asks for access to open right away, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code.

If something does not work

If the purchased worlds do not open, write to us at contact@whereisdroid.com with the email address used for the payment: we will restore your access, and if we cannot, you will be refunded. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Rules of conduct

If these rules are broken, access to the game may be refused.

Availability

Where is Droid? is a personal project. We do our best to keep it available and free of bugs, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, an update or an outage. The saved progress of an account with no visit for one year is deleted; the purchase stays linked to the Google account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses resulting from the use of the site or from it being unavailable, including the loss of progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, drawings, music, sounds and texts belong to their authors. They are for personal use only: copying, reselling or distributing them without permission is prohibited. The pictures you hide in the worlds yourself remain yours and never leave your device. Where is Droid? is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page with its date. The version that applies to a purchase is the one online at the time of payment. These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, please write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. A consumer always keeps the right to go to the court of their place of residence.
